"My fiance stayed here before in the past and he said they used to be top of the line. He now says they are really ran down and needs a major uplift. He was so uncomfortable the whole time staying there. The room we had was the 2 bedroom and there were no curtains on the window so it kept us up every night we were there. Also the people above us were really noisy the whole time and night as well. We couldn't even let our kids out on the balcony because of all the pigeon poo. People were also smoking marijuana on the balcony as well which we couldn't keep our balcony door open to listen to the ocean. The hot tub stunk so bad and burned our eyes. The only thing good about this trip was the view and the maintenance man!"

"We rented the double king suite to stay at for my aunt's wedding. In all, we were really only in the room for 13 hours. I had myself, husband, 4 year old, and grandmother. We checked in after the wedding at just around 8 p.m. the room was extremely hot and took hours to cool down with the window and slider open. We called the front desk for an extra blanket for the futon where my son was going to sleep, and we were told that there was none currently in the office, but one would be brought down to us (the room had one blanket on each bed, no spare linens or towels). We waited, my husband went to the office and was told the same thing about 30 minutes later. I had luckily brought a small snuggle blanket that my son usually uses in addition to his regular blanket at home, and we were able to put him to bed with that. No one ever came to bring us a blanket, which ended up being ok, but I was really disappointed based on the cost of the room and the minor request we made. In all, the room was nice and the view was nice. It was our first time staying here. I just don't know if I would come back based on this lack of customer servicer."

"Modest room, needs some upgrades like the fireplace timer. The bed was great. It took hours for the room to heat up. Had to call for an extra blanket. Then we couldn't get the fire place to turn off at first due to the twist timer not counting down. Hot water is inconsistent. The pool is amazing warm but the steam room was out of order and the sauna wouldn't heat up. The full amenities is why we picked this place so probably won't be back. I wouldn't bring little kids here. The waves are seriously up against the building at high tide and the beach access is a direct walkway from rooms to under the building. There should be a gate."

"Stunning in so many ways! The proximity to the ocean, the quality & cleanliness of the rooms, and the low cost for this level of amazingness, all took my breath away. I slept with the balcony door ajar to hear the ocean all night. This place is the total package! I wish I could return again and again."

"Loved our stay here! Our King room was very nice and clean, the hot tub, pool and sauna were clean and very relaxing. The view from our room was incredible, full ocean view and the whole place has paths everywhere that take you to down to the beach! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need another random getaway! Great prices here for rooms, great customer service at the front desk as well! The people that work here were very friendly and welcoming! Thanks for the great experience!"
