"Wish there was a view of the beach, being so close and all. Wonderful staff! Breakfast includes apple or banana, Costco muffins, and coffee. Don't get too excited for the breakfast part. Something is better than nothing! We did not use the soap or shampoo that was in the shower. It smelled like chemicals. Bring your own. She shower curtains need some bleach or just need to be changed out, the fan in the bathroom was not working. The parking lot is large enough for big vehicles. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a trailer."
"Checked in an had got out room an unloaded our stuff a then left for a few hours . Came back to my key not working for my room and then some guy opens the door … he said it was his room an I said weird cause I have the key for this room an our stuff was in there . No idea where our stuff was . Went down stairs they had to search for it . Well we found my stuff but my friends stuff was still in that room so they had to go get it . Now tell me that’s wasn’t our room to begin with !!!! They refused to give me the manager number and then told me to call back at 630 am the next day well I have an no answer after calling over an over . Not to mention our bathroom was not even cleaned !"
"I was so appalled at the customer service at the front desk. When we checked in, a taller white man, bald, didn't even look up at us from his desk. There was zero eye contact and we had to be the ones to say hi, and ask how his day was going! The next morning I came down for coffee and said good morning to him. Again, he didn't even look at me and just nodded his head at me. Lincoln City was amazing but our stay was awful. The owner should feel embarrassed by this employee. He clearly doesn't like his job, and should get one somewhere where you don't greet people or have to provide good customer service. We will not be staying here ever again!"
"Great rooms. Comfy, clean and classy. Fantastic service! J.J. is the absolutely the most kindest and efficient host. Warm rooms, hot showers, coffee and muffins. Thank you for accommodating us during the coastal power outage."
