The Coho Oceanfront Lodge

"Wow is all we can say, this was an amazing stay for us. This is a great place with amazing views of the beach and ocean, we stayed here for 2 nights and just had a great time, it has easy beach access and the service was absolutely fantastic. They have a great free breakfast which has everything you need eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, sausage links, cereals, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juices, toast etc. and the breakfast area was clean along with the rest of the mote grounds. We definitely will stay here again as it’s perfect with family with young kids, close proximity to shops and hwy 101, can’t say enough about our stay. They also have a pool which we did not take advantage of, we had a 2 room suite which was perfect with private balconies. Thanks for an amazing stay."

"Really wonderful and relaxing stay. We had an oceanfront suite with the fireplace and jetted tub. I loved that I could see the ocean from my tub. The balcony was a nice touch and I spent time reading and wrapped in a blanket on it. The staff were so helpful, parking is free, the breakfast is good although I really wish there was some variety. It is the same food every morning and that gets old pretty fast! Everything was very clean and well cared for. The location cannot be beat. I was in the adults only section so I cannot speak to the volume on the other side. Nice pool and hot tub area. There is a gym but it's very small and equipment looks older. I wound up just running outside but it is there if needed! They provide great touches like free French press coffee at check in for the stay, cookies in the lobby, and gave us toothpaste when we forgot ours!"

"Location was great and staff was excellent! They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The lobby was clean and had some nice snacks. The room was nice, but a little expensive for what I would expect. I only had a partial view room. There was an outside air conditioning unit on another building that was loud enough I could hear it with the door closed, enough so it drowned out the ocean on opposite side of the room with windows open. The free breakfast was nice and coffee was fresh and hot. I loved the waffles the best. Food was kept stocked even being super busy."

"Excellent hotel. We loved that they were so dog-friendly. The views are incredible. Super nice staff. The sauna and hot tub was such a wonderful way to warm up after cold morning walks on the beach. Breakfast in the morning with such a friendly buffet attendant was a huge plus. The room was super clean and the WiFi in the room was strong enough for streaming and video calls. Highly recommend!"

"Best hotel on the coast. Price point is fair, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities and service was top notch. The evening reception, the pool and sauna, fire pits and more are all great. Super dog friendly too. Above everything else though was the incredible young woman working the front desk. Keep her around as she is exactly what tired customers need. Pure kindness and joy. We will be back soon! Thank you!"
