"Joseph Flora, your review is spot on. If one Pharmacist or employee isn’t very fond of you then all seem to shun you. I’m guilty of getting to the pharmacy at 9:10am and standing in line once a month. The pharmacist says to me while shaking her extended hands, “ I only have 2 hands” I am thinking maybe get there at 8:30am so you can be better prepared when you open at 9:00am. Very rude and uncalled for."

I was rushed off the phone and told that they couldn’t help me without even having the opportunity to ask for help. I’m a really polite and easy customer, I don’t know why I was treated so poorly."

My office arranged for an on-site influenza vaccine clinic and I could not have been more impressed. Yingsuan and Dorothy brought everything they needed (included suckers!) set up quick, were extra nice to every single person. My whole team had only great things to say. We filled out our paperwork and turned it back in in advance and the day of the shots could not have run smoother. The kind of personal service and thoughtful operations that are the norm at this pharmacy are not the standard operating procedures other places. This is unique thoughtful personal service from knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about the people they are serving."
