"Called to ask when about how long my prescription would take and not only did the gentleman who answered tell me that it would take until about 7pm(which it didn’t. It only took 15 minutes), they also told me one of my prescriptions wasn’t going to be covered by insurance come to find out it was. So I was lied to twice in one phone call. Not okay when it comes to medication."

"Doctor sends over medication on Wednesday and tell me to go and get it. I go there a little after 7 PM on Thursday and they’re closed. I go in on Friday at 10:30 AM and they haven’t even started my medication and they tell me another 15 minutes and they say we’re very busy. Well why don’t they work extra hours to get caught up. Horrible service back there drinking drinks and eating cake and just lollygagging around. I will never go to this Safeway ever again they’re horrible. This medication should’ve been finished and ready to go. Safeway on Center Street is the only Safeway to ever go to. They are so fast. I don’t recommend ever Safeway in West Salem extremely slow and it’s happened to me before there. If I could give them a zero*I would."

"Slowest line. Rarely have a second tech working out of the three cash registers available. There's a good chance when it's your turn someone will get called over waiting outside of the line to go infront of you for whatever reason. Atleast come up with a ticket system like a deli or something so we can shop while we wait. Called to have a 1 day RX refilled. Phone bot told me it would be filled in 3 days. Pressed option that it's urgent and it changed it to 2 days. Tried to speak to staff to get refill that day and it said no one was available for 41 minutes then transferred to a voicemail not accepting messages. Cool cool. Guess I don't need my medicine."

"Longest lines ever! All day errrrrr day! Staff are also unhelpful. Call to refill my prescription, they say, “that’ll be an hour if we have it,” then don’t bother to tell me if they do have it until I ask them, at which point the person on the phone huffs and says, “I suppose,” then finally goes and checks (turns out they did. Bully for me.). Lol! You can’t write this stuff."

"By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. I understand having to a long wait. The issue it that every time I try to pick up my prescription after getting a notification saying it ready my prescription is not ready… they’ve also had continued issues with their system not accepting my insurance. Unfortunately they are the only ones that my insurance covers."
