Walgreens

"Everytime I have a prescient sent here they never have it filled in a timely manor. It usually takes them 2 or 3 days to fill and sometimes when I go in it still isn't filled. They say it will be filled in about 10 min, if that's was the case why do I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes each time. Unfortunately I will no long get my families or my prescription filled here. I was waiting for 2 prescriptions I was told one was filled and they other they were having problems I've beenninmpai. For the last 2 days only to find out they can't fill one. So instead of communicating that they waited until I came in and again told my other prescription wasn't filled. It's very irritating to deal with every timei vome in. I've delt with this in the past with my child's chemo medication or anti nausea. Very unprofessional"

"Whenever I go to pick up a prescription I always have to wait 30 mins+ in line whether it’s in the drive thru or in store. The pharmacy closes earlier then their other locations which makes it difficult to get my prescription on time. The other day I went in to pick up photos which I had pre ordered and there was only one staff member at the check out stand, which left me standing at the photo section for 30 minutes, while other employees at the store were just stocking shelves even though they saw I was waiting. Props to the man at the counter though because he finally yelled for someone to help me. Just overall doesn’t feel like this location has much support from its employees, which is sad because they are obviously very short staffed."

"The pharmacy seemed initially helpful, it was easy to transfer prescriptions online and I liked the accessibility of that. However, the hours at this pharmacy are crazy. Weekends are closed, which makes it difficult. And the processing time is super slow and requires alot of urging and follow up. Save yourself the time and don't bother!"

"Walgreen always have things on sale. The pharmacy is great. Employees are helpful. The place is clean. They have lots of different items. Like dog items, make up, cleaning supplies, some party good, cards, food and more.the only thing I don't like is that they closed there pharmacy on weekends. That is a inconvince for many people. We need meds all week long. Our bodies don't take time off."

"This is one of the better walgreens in the area in my opinion. They usually stock items before the other Walgreens do. Often I find what I'm looking for there. I found some of the squishmallows I was looking for there well over a week before the Eugene walgreens stocked them. Keep up the good work on keeping the squishmallows stocked :)"
