"The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. But unless you want to spend half your time waiting at the handful of registers they keep open, you are better off shopping elsewhere."

"Horrible service! I went to got through self checkout and apparently just today they changed to 15 items of less! I was turned away! WTH??? A “team leader” answered my call and told me that’s what it was and that she wasn’t concerned with my complaint. I had to wait over 20 minutes in line to check out for an extremely slow checker instead!! It was ridiculous! My weekly $300-$-400 does not mean anything to this company so I can guarantee that nothing will bring me back to this place ever again because they don’t care! -and thats what the team leader relayed to me, Winco and Safeway can have my money!"

"My husband and I went to Walmart to exchange our TV under the ext service plan and my husband fell in what seemed to be water and some other dark substance. His elbow went through the tv screen. Coach Ted ended up taking a report and we went to the hospital. 5 Xrays, 2 medications for pain and swelling, braced due to the abrasion to the elbow. I went into speak with them and Coach Ted told me, "I told you, I take the report than we are done here, it's outta my hands" than he leaves me standing there looking dumb. I than asked Kathryn (lead) "where did Ted go", she said "I don't know" and went back to work. We left with no contact. Contacted walmart corporate but NO RESPONSE! My husband is disabled already and is a Veteran and we thought Walmart cares about their American veterans but as usual, we were wrong. I guess???"

"This one specifically needs better staffing and accommodations for wheelchair access. I watched a woman struggle to get out of their bathroom, while in the bathroom she was unable to get her wheelchair into the stall, leaving the stall wide open with her chair. Not okay. On top of another who was not able to fit her wheelchair into the right corner entrance of the bathroom to be told there's another she could use, but it was a tight fit and not very accommodating to her needs. This is not okay. Your parking lot and store may have "wheelchair access" but your bathrooms do not. And that is not okay. It's discriminating. And definitely not a situation anyone would want to be in. On top of the staff snapping at customers who were trying to talk and help each other with the accommodations needed. Saying your over here and she's fine. When clearly it was not fine....Understand and do better!"
