7-Eleven

"Same scenario as it appears a lot of people faced, I went in recently to the store to purchase a few things, I knew what I was getting ahead of time so i grabbed a bag of cookies and put them in my pocket, no intention of stealing just making space for my hands. I then grabbed two sodas and two packages of some hot food they serve. Again as people said before me a weird voice came on the radio behind the workers that I couldn’t understand at all, but the worker then asked if I had anything in my pocket, I was like yes I do and placed it down as i Finished placing my other stuff and was accused of stealing, the told me to leave the store and never come back. They didn’t even offer a chance for them to look the other direction and think maybe this person is being truthful, the owner clearly has the employees on a tight leash. The worker in glasses with a reddish colored beard and hair is a complete, well I’ll save that word since this is google but it’s just horrible. I’ve lived in the neighborhood next to it for 5 years, the old owner was a delightful old man but when this new Indian guy came in and took over he added more cameras, pillars out front to prevent people smashing in, and now he doesn’t even seem to come in apparently he just sits at home and watches everyone in the store like a creep. Guy is so focused on loss prevention, which in majority of these cases seems like he jumps the gun on then the employees get extremely aggressive. Been going to that store for 5 years, and even if they didn’t say don’t come back I wouldn’t anyways the new management is creepy and an extremist. I hope he sells the place and leaves soon."

"Whoever bought this 711 recently is a stalker and creepy. I was there recently with my wife and son, we got to the register and I had placed a candy to our left on the counter to pay for it in a separate purchase. As we're paying for our first purchase, everyone in the store hears this weird speaker talking to the employees by the front door. The employees stop and look at this camera and then try to talk to it saying "They can hear us". But no one could tell what was said, then the voice from an Indian guy comes over the speaker and "Warns" the employee that I may be stealing some candy, however this speaker is heard through the ENTIRE store. The employees knew what I was doing and was trying to tell this voice that I was doing separate purchases. Not only was this creepy dude watching our every single move, he also claimed to the entire store I was stealing, and made me look like some low life theif to my 6year old child. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like having some creepy dude watch everything you do and then with no evidence claim you're stealing stuff."

"I come here often, and I have never been so disrespected! The new staff is short and rude and has no customer service skills at all. I won't be coming back."

"Just had the worst lunch experience ever at this location. My friend and I were trying to get lunch and we were thinking about what we wanted to buy like everyone else does and an employee with purple hair walks up to us and tells to take everything out of our pockets so we show her what was in our pockets and we didn’t have anything from the store in our pockets and she tells us she just wants us out of the store ??? Like what ??"

"Always friendly, clean and hand sanitizer available. Always reminds me to use my 7-11 card to get points if I forget, and catches fountain drink tops not on securely. Great service. Ove their sandwiches and hot dogs too. Gary"
