"I had a $20 Kohl’s cash coupon that was 1 day expired which the cashier threw away. Upon returning the next day to do more shopping, I was told there is a 10 day grace period and could have used it IF I still had the coupon!! I don’t know the first cashier’s name but I’d like to thank Andrew, store #1011, Springfield Oregon, for telling me about the grace period. He is a very nice young man, pleasant & professional and always greets every single person entering the store. I am very disappointed that the other cashier wasn’t more helpful. I lost $20 Kohl’s cash!"
"My wife and I ventured out on Black Friday for deals on rugs and bought a few we liked. Also, she snapped up a few small items on the way to check-out. The line was very long, but moved fairly fast due to the amount of cashiers. People seemed cheerful overall. Kudos to our favorite department store and all the hard working employees!"
"I have to drive two hours to get here and it's the closest one. I feel like the Men's section is dwindling down vs others and it's incredibly frustrating for me. It just continues to reinforce why I order $600 worth of items online to try them on, then return on my next trip to Kohl's. Sidenote: their Sephora remodel is nearly complete."
