"Called for door knob assembly to be installed. The door was not installed correctly and their service person stated they could fix these type issues too. The rate for that service was $120 per hour. Service personnel called and informed me the job was done total cost $295. My tenants couldn’t open and close door or lock it? Called them back sent another person they tried to fix it no luck. I asked the person to have the boss call me back so we could figure out how to make this right. No call back. Had to call another person to repair it properly $100 works perfectly now. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend."
