"I came in originally for a light chemical peel but ended up doing body sculpting as well and my experience with both were great. Abi and ariah worked with me on my treatments and were amazing but the whole staff is great. They great you when you enter and make sure your experience is great the entire time. Highly recommend!"

"Update: This would not be an accurate review if I didn’t include the downside. Here it is: not all technicians are the same. My package included three sessions. The second session was done by someone who is filling in for Hebe and I don’t remember her name but it’s probably worth checking before scheduling. She was a very young and beautiful technician with dark hair. That’s all I remember. During the second session, I experienced an intolerable amount of pain. I am talking such an extreme pain that it felt like I was being electrocuted in the face every time the pen and machine touched my face. This did not happen the first time. My first session was very pleasant. The second session I had to put gauze between my cheek and my teeth because it was causing my teeth to hurt so extremely bad that I wanted to cry. But the treatment is so expensive that I didn’t want it to go to waste so instead, I tolerated it as best as I could. I couldn’t get enough gauze in my face to get it comfortable. At some point, I pulled the gauze out of my mouth and it had blood on it so I was given more and we continued. In hindsight, I should have stopped the treatment and asked for help. After this horrific session, I noticed that I had burns on the inside of my mouth. The Burns we’re in a pattern in the same exact pattern that the Penin machine ran across my face, I contacted cosmetic aesthetics to find out if this is normal. The response was that ✨ their machine wasn’t capable of doing this✨Now I, an intelligent, 47-year-old woman who is very familiar with her body, was keenly aware that this was damage from the extremely painful session. So I spent $750 to make an emergency visit to my dermatologist the next day. The dermatologist agreed that there was a burn pattern and that it was irritation from the penin session. Thankfully, it did go away after a few days. But my teeth and jaw ached for weeks. Additionally, every time I would touch my chin, my lip would start to twinge. My concern is that a Cosmed didn’t acknowledge this or take responsibility in any way whatsoever. The sessions are very expensive. The fact that I experience such adverse effects tells me that the session was done improperly. I didn’t receive any kind of compensation for that messed up session. They didn’t do the session over again correctly. When I went for my third session, I got Hebe again. Again, she did the job professionally and with no pain. It was like night and day between the two technicians. It concerns me is that the technician that caused the damage to the inside of my cheek was training someone so if she’s training people to do it the wrong way. Also the lack of accountability. 1. Easy scheduling 2. Streamlined registration 3. Welcoming and hospitable 4. Beautiful and luxurious environment 5. Top of the line machines 6. Top of the line staff I have loved my experience with Cosmed Aesthetics thus far. I had an initial consult with Hebe who is so knowledgeable. She showed me their beautiful machines from Germany and France. She explained the procedures in great detail and with great enthusiasm. I was sold. I bought a facial contouring package (Penin ?) $2,500. I had my first session of facial contouring and it was mostly painless with minimal discomfort. The procedure chairs are so comfortable and the ultra high-tech machines are quiet. Hebe’s professionalism is exceptional. I had the opportunity to compare her knowledge to that of another tech recently and it was like night and day. Hebe knows her stuff, no question. I also had an opportunity to see what machines some of the other offices are using, and cosmed seems to have the nicest machines. I New client paperwork was sent immediately by email. This included their cancellation policy. I signed it electronically and I sent it right back. It was simple and did not require downloading any new app. I highly recommend Cosmed Aesthetics. In fact, I have ALREADY referred three friends who have scheduled their own consults."

"My experience has been really great here. The consultation appointment was very informative and they provided a few sample treatment options that they have available in addition to what I paid for, which was an unexpected treat. They did offer pricing for additional treatment plans and financing options, but were not pushy about expanding beyond the Groupon services. They even offered to consolidate the six 15 minute sessions that the Groupon covered into three longer sessions so that I could get the best benefits possible for the offer. I have had a very pleasant experience with every staff member I've interacted with during each appointment and wish I could afford more! I've lost 7 lbs after just two treatments and look forward to losing a bit more after my final session. Now I'm a believer!"

She was pleasant to talk with during the quick 15 minute procedure and very thorough during the consultation. I can’t wait to see her again! Update: after I wrote this, there was heavy pressure to purchase a much higher package. Was not happy with that part at all!"
