"Good prices, but I'll be doing self serve from now on as they can't seem to listen to what customers want, I said "Fill it up", they gave me $30 instead ‐ not even 3/4ths of a tank"

"Stopped by for some gas Feb 29. We sat there for 10 minutes and no attendant came over to us. Even after we beeped our horn 2 times. There were 4 working. 5 cars came in and got gas after us and we were still waiting. We left and don't ever plan on going back. I don't know what their problem was. We went there many times in the past with fast service. Very disappointed. It was around 1:30 pm and not that busy."

"People complaining about no one pumps their diesel but by law it’s self service on those pumps. So instead of making bad reviews and complaints do it. I’ve come and gotten gas here many times. And never a bad experience not once. Store is always stocked the pumpers hustle and if a mistake is made they correct it. I’ve watched how some people treat the pumpers honking at them and cussing them out to move faster to run from one side to the other while dodging cars. Called don’t be lazy and don’t be a rude person treat others how you want to be treated we are adults act like it."

"Gas is cheap, but customer service is non existent. Yeah, the employees are friendly most of the time. However they are barely providing service. If you pay cash, handicapped or not, you must walk your payment inside or you cannot get gas. Ridiculous. Only reason I see why they'd make us go through all that extra work for a service that should be provided is dishonest employees not paying the cashier what you gave them and shorting customers. Other than that, I cannot think of a good reason the company would make this rule that gas attendants are not allowed to handle cash. Whatever the reason, Shame on you. Poor customer service. Gone are the days where they checked your oil and cleaned your windshield. You're lucky to get them to look away from their phones to pump your gas. Last I checked, Oregon is a FULL service state."
