"Expensive and boutique like now. They don't carry what they used to. The one thing that irritated me me last and final visit was the fact the fact you didn't carry the product I wanted, but your clerk kept trying to sell me on the brands your store carried. When it comes to animals this is not cool to do. Try something because it sounds like what I'm looking for? Not too great. Plus, the raise in price makes your convenient location not so convenient to me anymore. Going where I'm appreciated as a customer and where I can get what I want with my money."

Then to the items offered for sale! My goodness, if they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it, or better yet, ask for assistance.
