"I’m sorry for all the people who don’t have a choice but to use this store!! I just stopped here for the first time tonight and it will be my last! The shady cashier was wearing a ear mic talking to someone the whole time like the last review I seen (wish I would have seen before I stopped here) He cashed out my scratch offs and when I was deciding what scratch offs to get he told me the amount and I corrected him he looked at me kept talking to someone so I said I’ll just take the cash but he got mad and said here’s the receipts. He must do this to quite a few people because he didn’t seem to care that I just basically called him a lying thief saying that wasn’t the amount!! Well the receipts are showing the cashed out tickets but he kept one ticket amount! He was going to start arguing and I knew nothing was going to be done so we left! Don’t stop here if you don’t have to and if you do pay attention to everything that’s going on, Sad that this cashier is still working and that 7-11 doesn’t seem to care that there letting him take advantage of the people that stop here! Shame on you 7-11!!"
"I don't know why they allow the cashier to b on the phone. He obviously can't multi-task. He doesn't pay attention, over price items, under cooks food, rarely talk to customers, and the list goes on. I don't understand how he still works there. He works every night. The worst part is this is the closest 711 to my house that's walking distance. I just don't think it's rightive never seen a cashier on the phone that much. Usually cashiers are supposed to to give customer service. But maybe I'm wrong, times must have change. Either way I dred going to that 711."
"This store somehow can bypass your reward discount, I've tested it against other 7-11's. But not sure how they do it. But it's not worth putting your reward number in as you'll pay the sticker price. Another thing I've noticed is you have to repeat yourself multiple times as the employee has ear buds in and is carrying a conversation while helping you. I won't be back."
