"I used to get gas with a fill up there 1-2 times a week and at each visit, I ALWAYS went inside, and I ALWAYS bought lottery tickets, and I often used Freddies loyalty points and I ALWAYS paid with cash for several years - No more. Sunday, Dec 31 was the same except this time at 10:45 am the employee wanted me to pay for the gas before he would pump it. Repeat, INSIDE, CASH and LOTTERY Play slips in hand. I said, nope, I'll go somewhere else."

"Went to this station to fill up my car and wanted to use my FredMeyer's card to save some money. After getting my receipt I noticed it was at full price. I asked the attendant about it and he said I had no points on my card, I assured him I did and he wanted to argue with me about it. I quickly left the station. After returning home I checked my account and I do have points. I don't know why they would do this and argue with a customer about it. He could have just checked it again. I do not want to support these kinda of places so I will go else where from now on."

"I wanted to share with you that I had a great encounter with an older gas attendant today. He was very kind and while simply being nice may not be so important to some people, it made my day. He genuinely enjoys his job. People are quick to complain about unimportant things and I wanted this gentleman to be recognized for his outstanding service. A smile and a window wash can go a long way!"
