"**WARNING** 780 SW Bailey St, Hillsboro, OR 97123 location. My experience: 7.1.22/8.1.22 Do not work here, this place is hostile to new hires. They are very impatient, They expect you to learn everything in under a week. And in the event you don't figure out what they want, the assignment manager (Jeremy) will sigh loudly, getting mad and annoyed when you ask for help. Asking for help too many times doesn't actually get you the help you need: instead you get berated, talked down to, told to hurry up and have parts thrown around. It is such a bad environment, a fellow female employee quit after only four days! I was the fifth new hire they've had in only a few short months. This should tell you everything you need to know. The site manager (Charles) doesn't care if you bring up work issues, he'll act like he cares but nothing ever changes. I even had an employee cuss me out RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM and he didn't care or say anything to the other employee. Oh and the cherry on top, if you like NOT having basic bathroom essentials available: Be ready for them to never be there. This place went days without hand soap and paper towels..etc. When I expressed my experience to HR at the corporate office, I had found out they banded together, covering for each other spinning a story of how I was simply a disgruntled employee. They flat out lied about me to HR. I went in seeking important work clarification questions as Charles did a terrible job communicating with me before and after I asked. I later found out the staff, (mainly Charles) had lied to HR about me and had covered for the employee who cussed me out. I've never dealt with such a sleazy, intolerant and impatient place in my entire working life. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT work at this location for this company. After seeing the "boys club", toxic environment they have, it's no wonder why they have such a high turnover rate."
