"I decided to completely remodel my home. Both of the contractors I interviewed recommended CFM. One recommended that I work with Rebecca. On my first appointment, I came prepared with a list of the things I needed to select. Rebecca was uncanny about figuring out what I liked and disliked and quickly brought me samples that met my criteria. I never had to paw through the hundreds of options because she learned what I liked and made it very easy for me. I thought I'd be there half a day and would have to go back countless times. I was out of there in about an hour! Follow-up communication, samples, and ordering were all seamless. Another day, I had to pick out something and told her I'd be in later in the day. I got there during her lunch hour. She thought ahead and had all of my options laid out and waiting for me in the event I arrived when she was at lunch! Her service is incomparable and I recommend working with her for any home project. She is an asset to CFM. Whether you have no idea where to start or if you know exactly what you want, she will adapt to meet your needs. The quality of the products at CFM are better than Home Depot/Lowe's.
