Sportsman's Warehouse in Salem, Oregon is a one-stop shop for all of your outdoor sporting needs. Whether you're into hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking, we have everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors. Our store, located near the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, has been open since 2013 and now offers national gunsmithing services. From deer and elk hunting to fishing for steelhead and salmon, we have all the gear and supplies you need. Our shop also offers services such as spooling reels, tuning bows in our archery lane, and mounting rifle scopes. No matter the season or weather, we have the accessories to make your outdoor adventures a success. Don't forget to check out local events like rodeos and archery shoots while you're in the area. "I love sportsman’s and have gone so many times. This time it was extremely disappointing.. upon walking in, every isle had boxes of products blocking other products and the items on the shelf were barely stocked. I looked at their knives and 3/4 of the selection was the same knife.. really disappointed because I enjoy looking in this store, but it is a 45 minute drive for me, so probably won’t go out of my way again to visit. Hopefully it was a one time thing, but was a huge let down."
"Poor customer service and long waits. I got a back ground check to purchase a fire arm. They said they would call to let me know when they received my back ground check. However, they did not. I attempted to call all the available customer service numbers and never got through on multiple occasions. When I was able to drive to the bend location my back ground check had expired"
"I can totally see why people might be fearful about shopping here. There is a very neatly kept homeless camp at the other end of the parking lot. Don't let that stop you. The store is clean, organized, and safe."
"I normally have a great shopping experience here and friendly service but I didn’t appreciate me and my friend Steve being hassled by the weird skinny guy with glasses asking us what we’re doing in the store while I was waiting too pick up an online order. You wouldn’t even announce who you were so we didn’t owe you any explanation. Unless you announce that you are store security leave people alone."
