"It’s really sad how things have gone downhill since the change of ownership. They quit carrying some products that were every time purchases, never enough staff on hand, the new checkout counters are terrible. Absolutely no positives on the shopping experience. The only bright spot is the long term employees that stuck around after this debacle."
"Amazing store. It’s in a nice location in west Salem. The store is clean and it’s very calm. They have a good selection of things however the prices are pretty high but that’s because the quality is amazing. I recommend going here if you’re looking for a good place to get your groceries."
"Premium grocery chain in my local area. Staff is always top of their game. Inventory always good/well stocked. Huge selection of everything. Good seasonality of selections. Good selection of local products. Good selection of deli/fresh/ pre made items. You pay a bit of a premium for shopping at Roths. But quality is always high!"
"Going to this store for 1 or 2 items in an emergency is fine... But it's beyond me why anyone would "shop" at this store for any reason other than laziness. It's literally 2-3x more expensive than most grocery stores for the exact same items. The prices rival that of a boutique organic store, yet they offer the same average food as WinCo. The one plus is so few people are ever there that you almost never wait in line to check out haha."
"Roths did a fantastic job creating my daughter’s choice for a wedding cake. She wanted an enchanted forest type theme, and this cake was a beautiful success! We had them deliver as well. They were prompt and even other vendors for the wedding raved about this cake!! Thanks so much❣️"
