"I have been using this store off and on for 10-15 years. I have always liked the paint but in the past the service has left a lot to be desired. The employees were not that well trained. That is no longer the case. The employees know their stuff, work hard, and are professional and personable as well. One employee insisted on carrying my paint out to my car. When he saw a telescope in the trunk he commented that he was an astronomy buff and wondered what I used it for. It was a personal touch that I appreciated."
"I have only bought paint from this location but it's by far the best. My husband and I bought a house and it was a complete fixer. Some of the paint that I bought was having trouble sticking and so I came back in and Michael(the manager) helped me figure it out, he went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't recommend Sherwin-Williams enough. Their customer service is excellent."
