"it was terrible they made me load up the trailer back in the back corner behind the store not even under the covered parking area out of the rain. after they made me load the trailer up twice back in the corner then at the last minute after I parked for the third time they're like well now we aren't going to load you here anymore you have to drive around to the other part of the store and load up in the other area.management supervisor that make these kind of decisions are the rudest people I've ever had to tolerate. It's like government too many generals not giving good advice to soldiers. What Albany needs is a good Jerry's Home improvement center like they have in Eugene and Springfield. now they have a great system you go pick out what you want you pay for it at the little check register you hand it to the guy at drive-thru it's all covered they load it up for you it's great service. So if you really want a great experience at a home improvement center go to Jerry's"
