"Horrible service. Clothes missing every other week. Have had problems for years. Didn't cancel because I was under contract. Once I thought I was out of contract I tried canceling. Then found out there was small print in the contract stating it automatic renews if I didn't send them a certified letter 90 before contract end date. So now I am faced with a huge bill if I cancel or keep there horrible service. Look elsewhere so you don't get stuck in my position."
