"Getting on the delivery schedule was quick. Crew for rooftop delivery was on point and the highlight of the experience. Paying and getting time to talk to the sales rep I worked with, Andrew, was difficult. Had to call several times to pay them, and two roof 1" roof jacks I needed were on back order. Andrew said "I'll touch base with you on them once we get more". That translated into him ghosting me and not returning my calls/emails since he made the sale. I received my order on 7/25. I emailed twice, and called three times to attempt to get my final reciept/invoice since that date and finally got it today after talking to someone else. Also tried to cancel my roof jacks that were back ordered that I never received. Turns out they were never ordered, so at least I didn't pay for them."
