"Honestly not very happy with my experience, they had a few options but not a lot. I told my stylist we found another dress but I wanted to try on all my options I feel like that just turned her off of wanting to give me the best experience. I asked if we could come in on Saturday and take a look at accessories to go with the dress I found, the stylist talked to the owner and they told me I couldn’t bring in an outside dress due to another bride liking it and not having it available to them. But I tried on at least 5 dresses that they said were “one of a kind, and the last one available” so I didn’t understand their reasoning and took my business elsewhere I wouldn’t recommend them."

I am so happy I chose to get my special dress from them. I appreciate everything they have done to make me feel and look special on my wedding!!"
"I cannot recommend The Bridal Gallery more! As a plus size person I have never been able to just walk into someplace that is supposed to be for regular size women and have an endless selection, here I did! I could have tried on dresses for days! I never felt like I was being rushed and I honestly never felt any pressure to buy. They did such an amazing job including my daughters too. Please do yourself a favor and say yes to your dress here, you won’t regret it!"
"What a delightful experience! Wow! Michelle was my stylist and was so prepared and willing to change what I had originally asked for for style. I was able to try on all the dresses she chose for me. Now the dress! The very first dress I tried on, fit well and was so beautiful I almost cried. Being a wonderful stylist, Michelle suggested I compare it to some others to make sure it was the one. And it was a great idea, because it was exactly what I needed to confirm it sure was the most perfect dress. The price was a little over our budget but Michelle did all she could to give us the most affordable price for my dream dress. Thank you so much everyone at The Bridal Gallory Salem. I can't wait for my fittings! Thank you for your expertise and the delightful experiences in this chaotic process of planning a wedding! I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in this gorgeous dress."
