"4/5 is only because the California burrito had undercooked potatoes. The guacamole and chips on the other hand were phenomenal and because of this led to me finishing it first before finishing the burrito. Glad I did. You also get sizable servings on the guac. Well with the price. The atmosphere is due to the fact it's in downtown Portland. As of January 2024, it's still rough especially after the recent ice storm we had in the area."
"We grabbed a quick bite on the way to the Blazers game and had some of the best tacos in the PNW to date. The asada, pollo, and chorizo tacos were soooo delicious. The tortillas were perfect. The salsa verde was exactly what we wanted. And the chips and guac were fresh and flavorful. Our only regret is not going when we were hungrier and getting one of each taco! We didn’t see many places to sit, so we just set up at a nearby booth that was closed, but I think there was some seating around back. We will definitely be back when visiting Portland! And by the way, everything pictured was $18 total."
"This food cart is great! The triple burrito is good enough that I've gotten it over and over and never get tired of it. Everyone who works there is always pleasant and friendly. It's a shame it's closed on Sundays, but overall I love this place and have recommended it to many people."
"The carnitas tacos were some of the best in the PNW, tender and flavorful and affordable! Horchata was packed with rich rice flavor, not too much cinnamon and perfectly sweet. Plus the service was so helpful and kind."
