"Buy a membership... they will suck you in to their membership program and not tell you that you only have the year to use all the rewards that you have built up with them. I had over $100 in rewards and when i went into use them because i had enough for the new hoka shoes my rewards were gone. Shop at your own risk"

I did not end up purchasing shoes but I was informed of my arches, walking/running pattern, etc. Based on the results they also suggested shoes that would be appropriate for me. I can now do my research on the shoes and decide what will work best for me. I wish I would have stopped by this store years ago."

"What a horrible experience with Road Runner Sports! After buying a pair of running shoes for my son as a gift, the sales person giving me the wrong size after the sales person looked up his size from a previous purchase, I had to return them, took them to the store for an exchange, they didn't have the size in the color wanted, so they were ordered and shipped, 2 weeks later no shoes, call customer help number in Cali. They told me 3-4 more days. Then they got shipped back cause their service couldn't find my address, ups, FedEx, Amazon all can every day! Call customer service and they can't give me a store credit until shoes get back to them, mean while I'm out $180 while I wait! Then I told I can only get a store credit, NO refund, wait what? Meanwhile my son has track practice and track meets he has to go to. I would not use Road runner sports, horrible customer service & policy's."
