"They told me they couldn’t sell me a gun because I smoked a cigarette before I went in. Said I smells like cannabis at 9am. Witch I didn’t. Truthfully, I think the reason he wouldn’t sell me a gun is cause I was using a mobility cart because of my back injury. But honestly make any excuse not to sell anyone a gun. The last time I tried to buy a gun from them it was a four-day process. I have to drive two or three towns over sometimes just to shop there, so it’s not worth it anymore"
"Parker did a great job helping me buy a couple pocket knives. Answered all my questions and offered some solid insight. He even got me to sign up for a credit card. The guy knows what customer service is all about."
"Corporate box store doesn't deserve the money of hard working Americans. Shop local only. Made a purchase, then tried to return it just a couple hours later and their banking institution/system takes up to 2 weeks to return your money. Sounds like they hold customers money long enough to boost end of year stock/shares/goals for their own pocket or bonuses. Just another corporation with no interest in their customers.... Stop giving them money!"
"Went for hiking boots, employee helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great customer service! The only problem is it took forever to purchase them because there was only two cashier's. I work retail management I understand how it is. With that said there really should have been more than only two cashers with the amount of customers that were in that night."
"I'm not into guns. I don't hunt. But man this place takes hunting very very serious. And I can respect that. Besides that, I am an avid outdoor person and camping fanatic. This store is a gore for the eyes, they're displays are unbelievable. And the one thing you notice when you walk through the store, everything is high quality, everything they sell you is made to last forever. I spent more time in there lodge cast iron area where I saw more amazing cookware then I've seen in one location."
