"Very poor return policy. I got a gift for Christmas, but being super busy I finally got around to opening it, and upon opening it, it doesn’t work. The product is in great shape, although it is open box, they basically acted like I was being unreasonable asking for a return after a couple months Very disappointing. If you do buy somebody a gift from Best Buy, be sure to let them know that they need to act within two weeks or else they’re not going to be able to return it. Poor customer service frown. The worst part is, this is a gift that I wanted, computer speakers, I would be willing to exchange except store, credit, etc., and of course I have the receipt but no dice."
"Best Buy Area stores are terrible. Easy transaction at Target or Fred Meyer was hours calling, driving and waiting in line... So they could keep my money, keep the merchandise they sold me and then cancel the store credit they promised only3-4 weeks ago. (Also told by C. "They might deserve 5 stars but I am always reluctant to proclaim perfection. I visited the Geek squad and the extraordinary patience of Nico is to be commended. He respectfully dealt with an 82 year old woman short on patience and understanding. He maintained his smile and calm demeanor and that was after meeting with me once before. I do depend on their expertise and will surely be using them again."
