"I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The representatives were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude, making it clear that they despised their job and had no interest in assisting customers. I went into the store with high hopes of making good money. I had brought in John Galt, Lulu Lemon, etc. I was given 54 dollars for 13 items. I proceeded to process the payment because I felt judged and the moment i walked in they were just unfriendly. I went back in after thinking in my car to get my money back. They told me they couldn’t do that after it was processed even though i had the receipt and they hadn’t even moved it yet. It was less than 5 minutes. I was met with condescending remarks and dismissive responses. It was evident that the representative had no intention of actually addressing my concerns and instead seemed to take pleasure in making the interaction as unpleasant as possible.Their lack of professionalism and outright hostility left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It was abundantly clear that they did not value customer satisfaction and had no qualms about displaying their disdain for their own position. In my opinion, individuals who exhibit such blatant disregard for customer service should not be allowed to work in roles that require interaction with the public. It is imperative that companies prioritize training and support for their employees to ensure that customers are treated with respect and provided with the assistance they deserve. I would strongly advise anyone seeking help or support to steer clear of this particular company, as their customer service representatives embody everything that is wrong with the industry. It is truly a shame that such individuals are allowed to represent a company and tarnish its reputation with their appalling behavior."

"The staff are nice and the store is filled with good clothes. They take clothes as long as they are in style/trendy for a younger audience I noticed they take more items if they are In season and in good condition. If you’re going to bring clothes in Make sure they are washed and clean. They don’t take things with stains or holes. Don’t go in expecting that they will want to buy all your old + dirty clothes for lots of $$$. Since they sell these clothes at a discounted price from what you could buy them originally for, you won’t get what you paid originally for each item, since they have to make a profit. They are selective too so they won’t take everything, but considering I bring in clothes I don’t want anymore it’s cool to be able to make quick cash ! If they buy something from you Store credit and cash are the same amount. TLDR : clean store, nice staff, and it doesn’t take too long for your clothes to get looked at either, nice place to make some easy money ;)"

"I liked this place a lot. I was going through my garage and decided I wanted to start selling things. I had 4 pairs of leggings that have never been used. Me and my dad brought them in and sold them to the teen girls at the counter. It was four brand new pairs for 14 bucks. I think it should have been worth more but whatever. I decided to come back later in the day with a box of things. It had a lot of clothing. They took 4 things that were pretty valuable and gave me 12 bucks. One of them was a $55 hoodie. I wish they had given me more. But otherwise this is a really good place to shop!! Some of the shoes need some cleaning but otherwise they were really nice clothes!"

"It’s clear that the staff here don’t actually go through anything you bring in. I brought in some nice sweaters and jeans which they said they were “looking for” on their board they have in the store. All of these items are in great condition and they bought none of it. I was only in the store for maybe 10 minutes before getting the text saying they were done. When I went through the bag they had not even unfolded any of it because it was in the bag folded the exact way I had it. When I asked why they didn’t buy any of the items even though they said they were “looking for” them they said it was because their system said they have too many which doesn’t make any sense. Would not recommend wasting your time here."
