"I did really like the way the girl cut my hair here and I specifically make appointments so I can come in at the time it’s scheduled, sit down and get in and out easily as I don’t like wasting my time sitting and waiting. It’s not personal, but when I come in 5 minutes early and wait nearly 30 minutes because you took a walk in right before my appointment was supposed to start, of course I’m going to leave. No apology, no explanation that it may be a long wait, no courtesy of any kind, which could have made all the difference of me staying there and understanding the situation. Being treated like that, like I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment, is why I probably won’t ever go back. However, my other two haircuts there were great, and everyone there is nice and charming and gives a great haircut. So give it a try if you’re looking for a new barber and it just might be perfect for you!"

He looked brand new by the end of his appointment. She trimmed my hair and managed to keep it long and layered too. Seasoned and skilled barbers!"
