Could hear employees saying ride things about customers out loud no concern if they were heard or not. BUT I DID get a free soda because I was extremely nice to them . So that was pretty cool . Lll"

"This is the best in Albany. The first time visited this was June 2023 and I found a charming young woman who made my day, I'll never forget it. She told me that my hat was blending so well with my outfit. I went again the following and she told me I was smart! I wish all associates in eateries were like her!"
"Arby's is looking for full time workers! note: Albany Employees are working super hard. Be kind. Food quality ok/good. Seems to be back to regular hours. *Smoked brisket sandwich super disappointing, one piece of meat on it for $9 meal.* Employees are super nice and hard working. This place is normally very busy so be patient, and be nice the workers here. Plus they are hiring ! go apply !! i love the 2 for $6 deals. and the summer shakes. Excellent jalapeños poppers the best in the town with wild berry sauce. Getting the jamocha shake next time, it looked so good."
