"I went in with a friend for a 1:30 pm appointment and didn’t leave until 3:30pm. Kenny was great but he was having to jump in between my friend and I and one other girl. We were so disappointed. The other two girl that were there weren’t able to shape or paint nails, he had to take off and redo both of our nails and the shape was still off. Lumpy and crooked acrylic nails as well as having dust and little hairs under the polish. Kenny was trying but I had strayed on cow print that didn’t look finished."
