"No barbers showed to their appointments this morning. Another customer and I both had to leave because no one was there . They don’t tell their customers the appointments canceled. When you finally get ahold of somebody they don’t care that their shop is closed and is unsympathetic to the fact that appointments have to be canceled. Not professional at all. No matter how good the hair cut is they lose business over their customer service"

"I tried this place for the first time. Went through their booking website and was asked to make a payment and tip up front. I should have stopped there, but went ahead and made the appointment. After waiting half an hour past my scheduled appointment, my barber asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I asked for a 'flat-top'. What I got was a very nice haircut, but it wasn't a flat top (not even close). I didn't complain. He's not the first barber that didn't know what a flat-top was. I was even willing to tip the guy...Apparently they don't accept credit cards. He suggested that I use Venmo, so I spent half an hour longer in the un-airconditioned shop trying to enter my payment information and then trying to find the barber's name. And then Venmo charged me 3% on top of the $11.00 booking fee I already paid. My lesson: 1) call ahead and ask if the barber knows how to cut a flat-top, 2) ask what payment arrangements they accept, 3) don't prepay, and 4) don't visit barbers that don't accept credit cards."
