"They charge more than what they quote over the phone. And when THEY forget to give you back all the keys to your vehicle, they make you drive all the way back too them to get what they forgot. They charged me $25 more then their phone quote and then when they forgot to give me back my wheel key. They would not even mail it too me. I asked the manager Matt what he was going to do to make this right and he said there was nothing he could do."
"Corvette Alignment: Getting a alignment for your vette, and getting it correct is a hard thing to find. I can tell you Patrick is the best and was trained by the best. I have a C6 and had a C5 both were aligned by Patrick. Excellent job! Front tires wearing on the insides? Want your car set up for the track? Just Do It!"
"Scheduling is inflexible, prices are high, and the liability issues make it difficult for the shop to remedy problems. I'm sure this shop does a phenomenal job on new vehicles with warranties, but don't take your older car here. The one time they were able to successfully align my car, it was flawless. On my most recent trip they couldn't align the rear and told me that I would be charged again to align front and rear at the next visit. The reason they couldn't align it was my fault (this is where the liability issues come in), but they charged me $90 for the front alignment even though it wasn't nearly as bad as the rear of the car and it drove in a straight line."
