"I asked them to check the levels and let me know what I need. They changed the oil without consulting with me first. They never asked what oil I prefer. They found oil in the antifreeze. Why did they change the oil??"
"They tried to charge my wife $200 for a basic oil change. They already had gotten started on her car and refused to tell her the price. Once she found out the price she told them to get off and she left. I told her as a rule to never pay over $80 and I’m glad she didn’t get scammed. Unethical management and employees. The local ford dealership charges $60 so don’t waste your time here with scammers"
