"Very unorganized and disrespectful of people's time. Scheduled to have a recall repair done and was told it would only take a few hours. Arrived at 0900 to get repair done and was told it would take most of the day (for a driveshaft coupling) but they would try to have it done by 1. Sat around for over an hour before they told me they didn't have the part. Rescheduled and dropped off van at 0900 again. Called at 1345 and was told they would try to have it done by 1700...... I'm guessing since this is a recall, and not a paid service, they are putting as last priority. Be warned when thinking of buying a Ford or getting one serviced here."
