"I went in for an alignment on my pickup and les schwab wasn't able to get it right after 5 attempts. After the 5th alignemnt I looked over my truck to make sure the suspension wasn't loose or anything causing it to not be aligned correctly. As I checked it over I noticed some pretty deep scratches on my new wheels. Checked all 4 and all 4 wheels have the same scratches in the same spot. Went in to talk to Bill the manager about it and he denied that they could have possible done that. After Dan and Bill showed me how the alignment tool fit on the wheel it was so obvious that the tool scratched each wheel and presented a very obvious ring around each wheel from the alignment tool. After calling les schwab two days in a row Bill is always on lunch when I ask, and I can't get an answer on how my wheels are getting fixed. I do not recommend sandy Les Schwab."
"I called to inquire about getting a mail out of my tire and the female in the line advised me that it was busy and to give them 2 hrs. I advised I will come in 2 hrs and also will need a quote for 20” inch tires. I came back exactly 2 hrs as I thought it was my appt time, she in a cocky voice advised me would be 1.5 hrs or more till they can even pull it back. And kept asking me if I wanted to make an appointment. I did 2 hrs prior! I left due to the horrible, Miscommunication staff and called to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold as the manager was not in but could speak to the assistant manager. No one ever came on the phone. Waited over 10 mins. Won’t get my busy ever again and I have always been a loyal Les Schwab customer."
"This company is amazing! I pulled in with a bolt in my tire and they fixed it in an hour for free! And my tires aren't even purchased from them. It doesn't get any better than that."
