"Made an appointment for my son and I a week early. Showed up ten minutes early and checked in. Waited 30 minutes past our appointment time and ended up never getting service. They were busy but we were totally ignored and I'm not sure what the point of taking appointments is if they aren't going to be kept."
"I made a appointment at 1:30 in the afternoon at 10:00am and proceeded to show up at 1:25 and was waiting for a solid 50 minutes and watched the 2 barbers cut the same 2 peoples hair for that time just for them to cut other customers hair who were waiting. If I make a appointment at 1:30 I want my haircut at 1:30 not to be sitting and waiting for 50 minutes just for them to tell another customer that did not have a appointment they could be in front of me. I will not be coming here anymore. Terrible service and it felt like they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Also do not say you guys do not do appointments because I’ve made multiple multiple appointment here. Boss is a terrible person and lies to customers. They do appointments but claim they don’t? What kinda place does that? You have GOT to do better handsome devil."
"I made an appointment for my son at 10. We walked in, none do the barbers said anything. I approached the female barber who seemed annoyed I was trying to interact with her. She already someone else in her chair. I told her we would wait outside the front door until she was done as the inside is very small and there were a lot of people crowded in there. She never came to grab us for the appointment and grabbed another person from the lobby area and started their haircut. We waited for 45 minutes and then left. She’s extremely rude and I’d never come back here because of it."
