"Never been and never will. Booked an appointment for a specific cut at a specific time, as the website directs. They called to verify if that was really the cut I wanted. Then they called AGAIN 6 minutes later to see if the time was really what I wanted and if I'd like to come earlier instead. People generally book a specific time and a specific cut because that is when they are available and that is what they want. It's not that hard"
