"I've had Sam cut my hair 3 or 4 times now and have been very happy each time. Previous place (chain) would spend about 20 mins or less and I'd usually feel like i received, on a good day, a 'good enough' cut. In fact, I decided to give True Relfections a shot when my last chain experience had the stylist bragging about how quickly she cut my hair...and it showed! Sam at True Reflections takes his time, does a very precise and detailed job, washes/rinses my head when he's done cutting, and gives a hot towel neck shave all for $5 more than the national chains. And I've been very pleased w the results every time. He's also a good and easy guy to chat with! Ask about his dog, his hobbies, or his travels...very down to earth person and I'd highly recommend Sam and True Reflections."

"Jenny is THE best — asks what you want & confirms Before touching your head. She is Super friendly herself & her team too! The shop is cozy, chic with drinks & snacks to enjoy along with extra seating when needed. Great rates, great quality, online booking. Cuts include a wash & even light product. Touches up eyebrows & such which is also nice!"
"Nick is amazing! His craftsmanship is stellar but most of all he is a quintessential gentleman. He has cut my sons hair for years and even tackled my long, curly hair. Most importantly, Nick, took care of my brother who was disabled and was such a gem with him. He would go in weekly for a hot shave and loved his conversations with Nick. Nick always had him styled and “looking sharp”. My brothers favorite expression after a Nick service. Never have to worry about any service with Nick, his talents are amazing and a true professional in his craft. No more hair woes when Nick is at the helm."
"I’ve gotten several haircuts from Nick at this location and followed him from another shop to this new location. He’s always found how to get the best look out of the head of hair I bring in regardless of how long or short it is at the time. I've always been a fan of his cuts and conversation. This shop is nice and clean and has everything I need for maintaining my style. I havent used anyone else here but the other barbers and stylists I've seen have had some impressive haircuts leaving their chairs as well."
