She takes her time to make sure she gets everything perfect, and you can really feel how much everyone who works there is invested in you as a person! This is not a store out to make a dollar, it's a community. I have suffered with hair loss for over 16 years, but thanks to the positivity, and genuine affection from Mirage, I feel like my whole self again."

"I moved from the Twin Cities to Eugene Oregon almost two years ago. I was really down on my luck and truly needed a few breaks to turn things around. That’s when I met Janna and her team at Mirage. Janna makes you feel like you are the most important person on the planet. The amazing thing is Janna makes EVERYONE feel like that. I have personally seen several customers come up to her with tears in their eyes expressing their absolute gratitude for her incredible work….whether it was a hair replacement system or just a new color and new look….you just know you will be leaving feeling like a rock star. I cannot believe the makeover that has occurred over the past two years. My hair looks incredible….and in turn I FEEL incredible. I now live in Seattle…and I STILL make the trek to Eugene every two months…because frankly….she’s simply the best. Thanks for the incredible job you did last weekend Janna!! "Made an appointment. Told Jan I was driving from Portland to Mirage. Arrived on time for this appointment. No one was there. Door was locked. Left voice mail messages and email. No one responded to either. No one called. Website states they are open this day from 9-5. This same thing happened to a friend of mine and we thought it was a one time thing. Apparently, this happens on a regular basis. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!@"
