"After using the same salon for 8 years, it took me 1.5 years after moving to Eugene to find someone who actually took the time to get to know my hair and frame my face properly. Granted, I only have experience with one stylist. She remembers me and my hair surprisingly well even though my visits are spaced quite a distance. I've been to many "5 star" salons in Eugene, all with similar (often cheaper) prices, but I gladly pay the difference to finally have a trustworthy salon to go to again. It's a very welcoming environment, and I have never felt judged for just being me. It's hard to pin that kind of warmth."
