"Very unprofessional, or maybe she is racist, says is sick but doesn't communicate for future appointments, my lashes didn't even last me a few days, right the next day started falling. I try to reach her but i wouldn't get an answer. It was creepy from the beginning maybe i should've followed my instincts. She charges customers for no shows even if they they tell them they had an emergency like she usually has. If she is not considerate with those who is considerate with her?"

"I was supposed to get my eyelashes donrvhere but due to unforseen circumstances my disabled son was sick and I couldn't make it. Well 5 days later I get my bank statement and it says idol eyes charged my 165 dollars... WAIT WHAT I WAS NEVER THERE AND THAT IS THE GZS MONEY I USE TO TAKE MY DISABLED SON TO DORNBECKER EVERY WEEK. NOW IM SCREWED I LIVE ON 900 DOLLARS A MONTH WITH 5 KIDS. HOW COULD THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT. IM DO FRUSTRATED IM TOTZLKY IN DISBELIEF IVE NEVER HZD SUCH Z THING HAPOEN TO ME. I CAN SEE CHARGING ME 40 DOLLARS FOR NO CALL NO SHOW CUZ MY SON WAS NOT WELL AT ALL THAT DAY AND WAS CLOSE TO NOT MAKING IT. BUT GOD IS GOOD. IM CONTACTING THE BBB ABOUT THIS AND I WILL GO HIGHER THEN THEM IF I HAVE TO. A REAL DISGRACE. SO IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WITH COMPASSION AND OR EMPATHY I WOULD DEF GO SOME WHERE ELSE SHES ALL ABOUT HER MONEY AND I THINK MY STORY MAD THAT VERY APPARENT.... THANK YOU. GOD BLESS"
