"I should start by saying its hard for me to ask for help, this is pretty obvi by the state of my hair the other day... But i mustered the courage to ask for help correcting my overtoned purple/greenish hair... The gal with the perfectly bleached pixie hair walked me aroumd the store and explained everything i needed and how to use it! Long story short, my hair is back to a cute honey-blonde and i feel empowered having done it myself! Thank u amazing Sally Staff!"
"went in there and was told to use a certain product to get the yellow tone out of my hair ended up turning my hair green and orange and they refused to give me a refund on the product that i only used 20% of all they could do was give me a 50 cent discount, horrible customer service as well. They weren’t even nice or respectful after destroying my hair!"
"I came in with the most uneven and bleached hair color ever. The manager helped me feel at ease by showing me few toners that would make my hair look natural and less brassy. Thank goodness for his advice now my hair looks more even and natural and I can walk outside of my house not feeling embarrassed or awkward. I actually love this color very much!"
