"I talked to 3 very unhelpful people. Bad advice on nail polish, zero advice on foundation, and had to ask 2 managers where to find a product they said they “didn’t have” but did. I’ll be sticking to Sephora."
"They canceled my appointment for just a hair wash, a mere 2 hours away from the appointed time. This was the 2nd Ulta in the area to do this. The woman offered to "schedule me for another time another day," even though I CLEARLY needed the wash that day. I understand family emergencies crop up, but there needed to be an adequate work around offered and it was not."
"Just had to give a "shoutout" to Christina at Ulta in Tigard. Have visited the store several times, and each time, she has warmly welcomed me with a sincere desire to help with any needs. She stands out, and I'm grateful to be able to recognize her!"
"My daughters and I shopped at this store after Christmas. The cashier did answer our questions ,but had to call the store manager for clarification. (Mind you the Store manager was only 10 yards away) we did exactly what they ask and contacted costumer. We showed the cashier the conversation with Costumer Service. Yet, they refused to do what Customer Service requested.(Mind you the store manager was still 10 yards away from us.) We finally ask for the Manager to come over and she was very condescending and rude to us. ONLY offering to return the product, event though costumer service told them exactly how to solve the issue. The manager had all the information she needed to resolve it, but she chose to rude, condescending, and made us feel like criminals. My youngest daughter (15) asked us why the Manager was acting rude. We put back all the products we were going to purchase and will NEVER purchase anything from this store. My hope is that the District Manager reads this , and provides some training opportunities for her. We contacted costumer service again and share or experience. Customer Service had the solution for us the next day. We went to the Jantzen Beach store in Oregon, the cashier and store manager were very friendly and helpful. I thought I would share our experience because other reviewers had the same experience."
