She understood that I'm attached to the length, and took off as little as possible to start the process of evening out the longest layer without chopping it off. She was very thoughtful, not drastic. "The people at the Hair Station know what they are doing! They are experienced - not fresh out of school. Kay Mack is a wonder! She is THE BEST there is a color and cuts. Be aware that you need to plan ahead as she books up weeks in advance. That was a struggle for me but I have learned that going anywhere else is just not worth it. I have straight thin hair and Kay knows how to give me a great cut. I have sent friends with curly hair and she does just as good of a job for them. Easy to style, flattering.. What more could you ask for!"
