"My stylist was Jackie. I felt like everything I communicated was being heard by someone who had their mind on something else. It was clear her goal was speed, not customer satisfaction. I will not be returning here. I showed pictures and explained what I wanted. What I got was something like being practiced on by a new-to-the-industry stylist. There were times I asked questions or made comments and she was unresponsive- said nothing. I do not recommend this place."
"I am a little behind on writing my review. This was my first visit to Great Clips, and I was skeptical as I didn't expect it to be amazing with such a great price. I went during the sale. However, I didn't leave disappointed. Felicia was my hairdresser. I had shown her a picture and asked if she could do something similar. She made me feel very comfortable while speaking with me during my cut. Felicia also did a fantastic job on my haircut. It was a bit different than I originally wanted, but I was satisfied. I will absolutely return and request Felicia again. Thank you for making my first visit a pleasant one."

"I came in and had no wait, the barber was ready and took me right away, she was super friendly, and styled my hair exactly the way I described. The prices are marked and about what I expected, note they are very picky on which corporate coupons they accept. This location is very clean and easy to find parking."
