"So I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for 28 years and I’ve never had an issue up until now. Kristen who works at the Albany store was absolutely unhelpful and rude and felt the need to not help me with letting me know when the manager would be in in regards to my product that I needed to return. I spent over $50 on product That needed to go back so I could get my money back due to the fact that I would not be using that product now I am a very happy Sally’s customer and I do plan on continuing my business with Sally’s but not with the Albany Sally’s I will continue to be going to the Corvallis Sally’s Now. Kristen apparently cannot pull up peoples product on your phone number for receipts, but Corvallis apparently can see all the products that you have purchased now Kristen was not very helpful and was extremely rude, but Corvallis was willing thank the Lord to give me all my money back and get a refund. I really appreciate Corvallis Sally’s. Thank you so much not so much for Albany but I will continue to call back until I get a hold of a manager , I suggest if you have a return, do not go to Albany actually, I wouldn’t buy anything from Albany Sally’s"

"I received excellent customer service from the staff there on Friday night. It was late and I really wanted to get the new hair system for curly hair by Zotos professional. There was no Lo-Lather cleanser on the shelf. Just in the kit which I had bought previously. The assistant said a shipment had come in and would I like for her to go see if it had come in. I was ecstatic and said yes! She was able to find it after just a few minutes. I am so greatful to her!"

I wish I would have gotten her name (she is absolutely adorable and has beautiful green hair) she was so incredible and so helpful! I appreciate her so much for helping me.
