"The spa itself is very clean and inviting. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My fiancée and I both went in for Diamond glow facials and were both disappointed. We have both had the same treatment in the past so we knew what to expect. There was no pre-cleaning or any kind of prep before the diamond glow machine. The actual diamond glow procedure felt kind of rushed and not really thorough, we both felt like spots were missed and that we could have gotten the same level of exfoliation at home with a scrub. It was nothing like what we have had previously in terms of level of exfoliation and attention to detail. That only took a few minutes and the majority of the treatment was massaging in various serums which did all seem really nice and felt amazing, but that isn’t really what we paid for. I feel like if this is your first time getting the procedure or your nervous about it or you want something more gentle then this place would be great for you, if you’re looking for more of an actual deep exfoliation, maybe you should consider looking elsewhere."
