"Guys and gals... do not wait, run, walk, bus, drive, Uber, whatever to here to get all the hairs removed that you wish! She is friendly happy and FUNNY! She will put you right at ease! I always feel like I am Going to hang with a friend instead of having a mini torture session that I pay for. Hair stays gone for the time they're supposed to. Her quality control is great, and I leave with my face hurting from smiling and laughing so much and not from pain! On better thought... don't go.. I need to be able to schedule. "My first time here. I will definitely be back. This was NOT AT ALL the usual franchise experience of "I guess that looks okay and now you should buy a multiple hundreds of dollars package so you're part of our tribe" kind of wax. Nope. Gretchen is a grounded professional with years of experience. You immediately feel comfortable. She's smart, funny, perfectly conversational about just the right topics - and you KNOW how important that is. Her space is clear, clean and welcoming. I waited way WAY too long to schedule an appointment since I moved here a few months ago. Usually that means lots of pain. My experience today was relatively painless and the results are excellent because of her technique and product. We have a lot of good wax specialists here but Great waxers are HARD to find. There needs to be a matchmaking app for this. Until that happens, go for the sure thing and come be Gretchen's client, respect her skills, tip her well, and tell her you appreciate her. THAT'S how you become part of the family here."
